Gizmodo iPhone moving Forward | Apple’s iPhone 4G

Yesterday, on the 19th of April 2010, Bruce Sewell the Senior Vice President and General Counsel of the Apple Inc. posted a letter to Brain Lam the Editorial Director of Gizmodo in which he demanded Gizmodo to return a certain device immediately which belonged to Apple Inc.
GizmodoThe Apple’s letter to Gizmodo got published on many web sites.
The device could be the Apple’s new iPhone 4G as its importance resulted in official communication between Apple and Gizmodo or it could be a prototype of some Apple’s new phone.
Gizmodo assumed the device to be Apple’s iPhone 4G as for when the images of the new device spread like virus on various tech sites Apple felt an urgent need to communicate

Gizmodo reported that the gadget was found by a bar visitor in a beer bar near San Francisco on the night of April 19. The finder of the device inquired the people at the bar if someone has lost an iPhone 3G but no one claimed the device. Then the person unlocked the device and found the name of Gray Powell, Soft. Engineer at Apple logged in his Face Book profile.
At first the man tried to return the device to Powell but he got no response from him. Later a close inspection of the device by the finder revealed that the phone possessed much dissimilarity to iPhone 3G as it had a camera at its front. Then the person changed his mind and offered to sell the phone at the maximum bid and the phone ended up in Gizmodo’s Custody.
